The Pandemos Action Initiative is founded by Pandemos Canada in January 2021 through the annual flagship conference of PIYC (Pandemos International Youth Conference).

PAI transforms youths' ideas into real action, catalysing the materialisation of change by awarding monetary prizes to youth-led initiatives pertaining to COVID-19-related problems, helping them achieve a defined outcome and endpoint.
